Cecchetti Scholarship Classes

Congratulations to the following students who were selected by audition as Cecchetti Ballet Scholars for 2015 – Yuqing Li, Lucinda Noble and Ellen Parker. The girls will take part in 4 masterclasses throughout the year with Nationally and Internationally renowned ballet teachers and dancers.

Cecchetti Medal Awards Competition

Six of our students represented our School in the Medal Awards Competition on Sunday 29th March at the Chatswood Concourse Theatre. The girls participated in an open class on stage with The Australian Ballet’s Amy Harris, before performing a set solo.

Congratulations to all our students on beautiful performances. Special mention goes to Samantha Wong, awarded Runner-up of the Pre-Junior Medal, Joanna Li and Vivienne Lee awarded Highly Commended in the Intermediate Medal.

2014 Cecchetti Ballet Scholarships – NSW division

We have received the results of the 2014 NSW ballet scholarships awarded by the Interstate Examiner following the 2014 exam season. We are extremely proud to announce that several of our students were awarded. Winners at each level receive a financial contribution towards their ballet classes for the following year, as well as the prestige of the award. Congratulations to the following students:

Looking for a great way to spend your summer holidays? We’re offering dance workshops in January for new and current students to get together and try out our dance styles. Classes are available for children from 3 yrs and up with a specific boys only workshop. Classes are in the last 2 weeks of the January School Holidays. Entries close on 31st December 2014.
